Basketball
The basketball program is CMS's most popular activity within the Archdiocese. Kindergarten children participate in an intramural instructional league, while children in 1st and 2nd grades play on coed intramural teams. Starting in 3rd grade, girls and boys play in separate leagues. The season runs from October through January.

CheerleadingIHM offers cheerleading for girls grades 3rd through 8th. Squads participate in home basketball games only. No experience in required. The season runs from October through January.

SoccerSoccer is available for children in grades PreK through 8th grade. This is an excellent way to host competitive youth soccer in a fun, faith-based environment. This program has Fall and Spring seasons with a break for basketball in the winter.

Volleyball
Volleyball is available for girls in 5th through 8th grades. IHM competes against other local Catholic schools. The program begins in August and ends in October.
